SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE SERVICE (SAPS) CRICKET TOURNAMENT

The SAPS hosts this tournament yearly to develop the physical skills of the Paarl communities youth. One hundred and twenty children from Windmeul Primary, Nieuwedrift Primary, Alfons Primary, Kersboslaagte Primary, Daljosaphat Primary, Sonop Primary and Ronw� Primary enjoyed a fun day of cricket and deliciously prepared meals sponsored by Hungry Lion.

EROS RECEIVES A HELPING HAND

Hungry Lion donated much-needed toiletries to the children residing at the hostel of this school based in Bridgetown, Athlone. Eros offers support to learners suffering from cerebral palsy, children struggling to progress academically due to learning difficulties, as well as physically challenged children.

A LUNCH TREAT FOR NAMIBIA�S ELDERLY

In the spirit of generosity, and our promise to give back to our local communities, the Hungry Lion Namibia team visited Susanne Grauheim, Oude Rust Oord, and Katutura Old Age Homes on Tuesday, 24 April, to serve deliciously prepared Hungry Lion chicken meals to three hundred residents and staff from these three homes in Namibia.

WESTERN CAPE SCHOOLS RECEIVE WATER BOTTLES

Our staff nominated charities in their Young learners from Langabuya Primary in Mbekweni, Forest Village Leadership in Eerste River and Eastridge Christian Academy in Mitchells Plain, were overjoyed by Hungry Lion’s generous donation of 2833 water bottles which were handed out to each child of these three Western Cape schools.
